1. General Terms

• All information provided must be accurate. False or misleading information may lead to booking cancellations.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team or service providers.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining amount payable before the journey.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveler:

Cancellation Terms	Refund Policy
More than 60 days before departure	20% Retention of the total booking amount.
More than 30 days before departure	50% Retention of the total booking amount.
15–30 days before departure	70% Retention of the total booking amount.
7–14 days before departure	No Refund

Cancellation by Force Majeure:

In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or pandemics, guests will receive a postponement credit valid for four months. Refunds will only be considered for extreme emergencies.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

• Travelers must carry valid passports, visas, permits, and ID proofs required for their trip.
• The Holiday Affairs strongly recommends travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage loss.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• The Holiday Affairs acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers and is not responsible for third-party services.
• The Holiday Affairs is not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or legal proceedings.
